I paint a diverse range of works at my Blue Mountains Studio and Gallery. My aim is to inspire and bring joy to others taking the ordinary and enhancing color, light and detail focusing on the positives to lift one’s spirit. My inspiration comes from the stunning Blue Mountains and its abundance of flora and fauna. Beginning my art journey in 2008 I experimented with watercolors that soon became a channel for expressing emotions. On entering art shows and winning awards my art career soon took on a life of its own and I opened my own studio and gallery in 2012. My paintings are now hanging in collections nationally and internationally that fills my heart with joy.
Linda Callaghan is an Award-Winning Artist and has the ability to create a diverse range of art. Linda is known for her bright, positive works painted in different mediums. Focusing on the finer details that we sometimes miss in the rush of life; her art is described as uplifting and totally in tune with nature. Linda has held successful solo shows and gained awards such as First Prize in GBMCAN’s ‘Out of the Blue’ Art Exhibition, May 2022, NSW Parliament House. Linda is featured in numerous publications and enjoys regular sales from her gallery, online and at a wide range of art exhibitions. Her paintings, including commissions, are held in private and commercial collections nationally and internationally.
