Membership cancellation request form

Your membership can be cancelled at any time. You will need to log in to your account to cancel.

Thank you for your membership up till now and don’t forget that you are welcome to rejoin again by logging into your account at any point in the future.

Please take the exit survey on the cancellation landing page after you submit below to let us know why you are canceling.

Memberships with a direct debit payment option should apply be cancelled with at least fourteen (14) days notice from the member prior to the cancellation date (minimum 2 months membership). If not received, subsequent direct debits may continue until notice is received.
