John Chapman has kindly agreed to join GBMCAN as our Patron. In this capacity he will provide Legal advice and support to GBMCAN, which is the operating name of the Blue Mountains Artists Company, a NFP Company incorporated in 2006 to support the artists of the Blue Mountains. John, who currently leads John Chapman Superior Sales, was a practising Barrister from 1974 to around 1977. John has since been a practising solicitor, with a specialisation in Personal Documents and related matters.
John has had an extensive interest in the Arts since 1990, when he was a Founder and Managing Director of a public company producing a Reg Livermore theatrical production. More recently his interest in the Arts has extended to the murals of Blue Mountains artist, Trish Smart, and artworks that explore animals in human situations that reference an earlier life when he ran a 4WD Suspension Business, “Old Man Emu’.
We will be holding a social get-together with our members and friends late July 2023 to welcome John to our community of creatives.
